Building a Scalable Trade Show and Event Program
When I joined eShipping in 2021, the company was entering a period of rapid growth. Trade shows and industry events were already part of the strategy, but the program needed structure, scale, and leadership.
The Scope
I created and executed a comprehensive trade show and event strategy for 2022, 2023, and 2024 that included more than 250 events.
Key responsibilities included:
Building and managing the annual event calendar
Redesigning booth concepts for different event sizes
Sourcing and managing exhibit house partners
Securing national setup and teardown partners
Training and onboarding 12 enterprise sales representatives
Designing marketing collateral for event use
The Outcome
The program gave eShipping a repeatable, scalable event strategy that supported sales growth and brand visibility across the country.
