Building a Scalable Trade Show and Event Program

 
 
 

When I joined eShipping in 2021, the company was entering a period of rapid growth. Trade shows and industry events were already part of the strategy, but the program needed structure, scale, and leadership.

The Scope

I created and executed a comprehensive trade show and event strategy for 2022, 2023, and 2024 that included more than 250 events.

Key responsibilities included:

  • Building and managing the annual event calendar

  • Redesigning booth concepts for different event sizes

  • Sourcing and managing exhibit house partners

  • Securing national setup and teardown partners

  • Training and onboarding 12 enterprise sales representatives

  • Designing marketing collateral for event use

The Outcome

The program gave eShipping a repeatable, scalable event strategy that supported sales growth and brand visibility across the country.
