Supporting the Largest Golf Industry Event in the Country

The GCSAA Annual Conference and Trade Show is the largest annual gathering of golf course superintendents in the United States. With more than 15,000 attendees, it is a complex, multi-day event that rotates to a new city each year.

For several years, I have had the opportunity to support this event in an expanding role.

The Scope

I began as a third-party contractor and was later brought on to work directly with GCSAA leadership and the executive team. My responsibilities have included both advance planning and on-site execution, supporting logistics, scheduling, and attendee experience.

In 2026, GCSAA celebrates its 100th anniversary. I have been tasked with leading planning efforts for major elements of the Centennial Celebration and Centennial Experience, two cornerstone components of the conference.

The Outcome

Supporting an event of this scale requires precision, collaboration, and the ability to solve problems in real time. The continued expansion of my role reflects trust built through execution and reliability.
