Eight Seasons of Game Day Execution in Major League Baseball

Fresh out of high school, I joined the Kansas City Royals in a part-time game-day role at Kauffman Stadium. What began as an opportunity quickly turned into an eight-season commitment.

The Scope

As an Event Presentation Coordinator, I was responsible for executing:

  • Pre-game promotions and ceremonies

  • In-game activations and features

  • Post-game presentations and events

This role required precision, timing, and the ability to execute under pressure in front of tens of thousands of fans.

The Outcome

Over eight seasons from 2014 to 2021, I gained hands-on experience in live event execution at a professional level, learning how preparation and teamwork drive seamless fan experiences.
